On the Team as the Leader’s Mirror

The leader may consider his team as a mirror. Your team will become who you are, not simply who you tell them to be. Genuine self-awareness is difficult to achieve. I can tell more about who I am, by reflecting on what I am reproducing. If you want to know who you are, look at your team. Look at who you have attracted, and especially look at who they are becoming.
