MECLABS is run by a CEO, but I envision the CEO as a collective. The CEO is myself and my team, my personal team, combined. As a unit we are able to achieve far more than one man. Those young leaders, who come into this classroom with me, become part of the CEO in a particular way. They are an extension of my present-tense and an extension into the future-tense. The leader who focuses on horizontal investment produces vertical yields.
