The ultimate end of the insipient is futility. Without interaction from the ultimate, futility is a given. I cannot discover ultimate explanations; I cannot even understand ultimate explanations. Honesty and philosophy will lead to futility. Honesty and theology will lead to (spiritual) poverty. It is the lot of the insipient to accept the possibility of the absolute and the reality of their absolute limitation.
